Rev. Dr. Dawn Alitz has her ACC credentialing with the International Coaching Federation, and has trained with the Global Team Coaching Institute, Positive Intelligence, ADD Coaching Academy, and Red Team Thinking. She currently serves as an Assistant to the Bishop in the Saint Paul Area Synod of the ELCA. Prior to that role, she served at Luther Seminary as their Director of Coaching at Faith+Lead and the Managing Director of the Festival of Homiletics for ten years. She has over twenty years of experience in congregational leadership in both mission-start and established congregations.
